What is your underwear made from?
Our fabric is made from a blend of 53% organic hemp, 42% organic cotton and 5% lycra for stretch.
Who makes your clothes?
We work with a factory in Portugal that is dedicated to producing garments in a sustainable and ethical way. They have over 15 years' experience in the industry and have made significant investments in making sure their practises are sustainable for the planet. They are SMETA-certified and none of the garments are wrapped in plastic when they're delivered.
Where do your fabrics come from?
We make sure our fabrics are ethically sourced from reputable suppliers, and that everyone in our supply chain is paid and treated fairly. Our current fabric supplier is in China - a country that has subsidised the production of hemp. The factory uses solar energy across their offices and factories, and they supply hemp fabric to ethical brands like Patagonia, Mara Hoffman and Eileen Fisher. The textiles are GOTS certified and they've been audited by the Fair Wear Foundation.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK, US, Canada and Australia. You may be charged customs or duty fees so please check before you order. Let us know if you are elsewhere and we'll try to get that country included in our shipping regions!
What will my order be packaged in?
We ship everything in compostable packaging (including the shipping labels!) from https://www.noissue.co.uk/.
Why are you not as cheap as other brands?
We may not be as cheap as fast fashion brands, and that’s because we use the highest quality eco-friendly fabrics and we use a factory in Europe which pays their workers fairly. We believe hemp should be a more accessible, mainstream fabric, and it’s our mission to make this dream a reality as we grow. Because we’re high quality, the cost per wear of our clothes will be lower than cheaper, lower quality garments.
How long will my underwear last?
We want to combat the culture of overconsumption that is rife in our society, and that’s why we’ve designed our clothes with longevity in mind. Hemp is the most durable natural fabric in the world, and doesn’t fray or lose it’s shape after washing and wearing. Unlike other underwear, which you’d be advised to throw away after a year or so, you will be able to enjoy magi underwear for years.
How can I give my feedback?
We admit we aren’t perfect - we’re constantly trying to improve and find ways to make more positive impact and make an even better product for you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your thoughts or feedback!
